The release of the movie based on this book reminded me just how much I enjoyed this best-selling, debut novel. The story of love, loss and time travel unpredictably induced by a genetic disorder becomes almost believable under the artist’s gifted pen. The poignant love story of a time traveling librarian and his artist wife and their relationship is a page turner that is beautifully crafted and skillfully written. I’ve yet to see the movie, but will certainly read this book again!
