Refund Policy
Items purchased from our website are returnable for 30 days from date of receipt of shipment in new unused condition. If the order was damaged or the incorrect item was shipped customers will be refunded the purchase price and the shipping charges. If the item is returned for a reason not due to our error, there will be a 10% restocking fee and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy
Standard shipping, 5-14 business days, will be done via U.S. Postal Service media mail. In stock items will be shipped within 1-5 days of receipt of order. However, every effort will be made to ship out the item on the day it is ordered.
